How long does it take for my order to be processed after purchasing?
A: Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed & about 1-3 weeks for the production of custom garments. Production times vary per garment, so please always read the product description and details. 


How long does it take for my order to ship after purchasing?
A: All orders will be shipped out via USPS and can be expected to arrive between 3-5  business days after tracking has been emailed. 


Why will it take so long for my order to arrive?
A: All Above The Norm garments are now custom hand made cut and sewn pieces. Made by our manufacturers in China and then shipped to Los Angeles, California for printing and/or any other needs.

We aim & strive to not only deliver you a high quality garment but also the feeling of truly being Above The Norm when wearing any of our garments. ​In certain cases some garments are made in Los Angeles meaning a shorter production + ship times for those garments. 


Where can I purchase your garments + pieces? 
A: All garments that are available for purchase at the time will be located on our SHOP page always until sold out.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
